Architectural CAD Designer

We occasionally looking for Part-time/Full-time Job (Philippines Resident Only). Please note that applicants must be able to carry out New Residential & Remodel projects from start to finish. A minimum 2-3 years experience preferred. This position required a good understanding site conditions, architecture (concept through construction documents), basic structural planning and developing as-built plans for permit and construction. Basic management, presentation and good communication skills are a must and residential construction experience is desired. AutoCAD Architecture 2009 or latest, Microsoft Excel, Mircosoft Word, Internet Access for email communication and YM Messenger for online communication is required.
